Managing Your Subscription
You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. If you need assistance, you can also contact us directly.
Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the delivery frequency you selected at checkout.
No Long-Term Commitment
There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time.
Refunds
Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to make it right.
