Each item is printed specifically for you through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful, only after your order is placed. Because of this made-to-order process, we handle returns differently than traditional retailers.

We believe in excellence, transparency, and making things right when they truly need to be made right.

Made Just for You

All of our products are custom printed on demand. That means:

  • We do not keep inventory sitting on shelves.

  • Your item is produced specifically for your order.

  • We cannot resell returned merchandise.

For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • An incorrect shipping address entered at checkout

  • Buyer’s remorse

We strongly encourage reviewing sizing charts and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If We Make a Mistake — We Fix It

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Or incorrect

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

  • A brief description of the issue

If the claim is verified, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost to you, or

  • Issue a refund, depending on the situation

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors.

  2. Contact your local carrier.

  3. Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery confirmation if the issue remains unresolved.

We will assist with the appropriate next steps and carrier claims when applicable.

Incorrect Address Provided

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

  • If a refund is requested, original shipping costs will be deducted.

Order Cancellations

Because production begins quickly:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of placing your order.

  • Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
