Order Processing

All products are printed on demand once your order is placed.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days
  • During peak seasons or product launches, processing may extend slightly
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays

Because each item is custom-made, we cannot rush production once an order has entered fulfillment.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.

United States:

  • 3–7 business days after fulfillment

International:

We currently don't ship internationally, ship only in the USA

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. Since our products are fulfilled through specialized facilities, different items may ship from different locations to ensure quality and efficiency.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Inspired By Heaven is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Orders marked delivered by the carrier
  • Delays caused by the shipping provider

If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If a package appears lost in transit, allow sufficient carrier processing time before reaching out. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve legitimate shipping issues.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item weight
  • Destination
  • Carrier rates

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
